Robert Warshaw
Robert has had extensive law enforcement executive
experience in four jurisdictions throughout the United
States. In 1998 he was unanimously confirmed by the
United States Senate as the Associate Director of the
Office of National Drug Control Policy. As the Deputy
Drug Czar, Robert had a principal role in the coordination
of federal and local efforts to stem the tide of drugs
into the United States.
Robert currently is a police management and corporate
consultant. He serves as an auditor for the United States
Department of Justice in reviewing organizational compliance
with procedural revisions directed or overseen by the
Federal court system. Robert has been retained by several
cities in their attempts to forge better relations with
constituent communities or to enhance internal efficiencies
in the delivery of police services.
Robert is currently a member of the Narcotics and Dangerous
Drugs Committee of the International Association of
Chiefs of Police. Previously, he served as a member
of the Executive Committee of the IACP. Robert is a
former commissioned officer in the United States Army
and earned a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters
Degree in Human Resources Administration.
As career police chief, Robert's key areas of responsibility
as part of the evaluation team will be training, education
and development.
